Submitted my CV and application and got an email for a phone interview within an hour of submitting. Had the phone interview with the careers group person and it was great and easy flowing but then heard nothing for a couple weeks. Once I did get a call back I was told position was filled which was expected but my name passed on for other locations. Didn’t hear back after.

Don’t waste your time they like to hire their friends. Even if you are internal. will waste your time in a interview process knowing they won’t hire you. If asked for feedback on the interview they will always struggle to give feedback.
