Met with the manager at the store and had a very casual chat and got hired pretty much immediately. I thought it would be difficult at first but pretty much everyone I know had the same experience

Tell me about yourself and if you’ve worked with kids before since it was cotton on kids store
The interview went very smoothly. I was asked straightforward questions about myself and how I would handle difficult customers, which gave me the chance to share my approach to staying calm, listening carefully, and finding solutions that keep the customer satisfied. The manager was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience feel relaxed and positive. I appreciated how the conversation focused not only on my skills but also on how I would fit into the team. Overall, it felt less like a test and more like a genuine discussion about how I could contribute, which left me feeling confident and motivated about the opportunity

Not to formal and very relaxed interview. The question that being asked is quite simple question and the interviewer is very friendly. And the enviroment is great overall and the staff is great

After applying at indeed, about a week or so I got an email saying they want to meet me via online. I think the interview time last for 15 minutes or 20 but there are slots you can choose from so it’s very convenient
