We had to complete an assessment and had a quick phone interview. The assessment was related to the specific subject I was applying for, which was Psychology. It included some case scenarios where you had to give a detailed explanation as to which answer was correct, and why the others were wrong.

The interviewer asked set of questions related to my experience. The interviewer might delve on your work background especially if it does not involve experience in teaching or academe. This also includes the usual interview questions such as tell me something about yourself, why coursehero etc.

Started with a presentation of the project, then asked about employment and academic history.
After that, was asked basic questions regarding what would I do in the role.
After that, interview was ended and was given the information that the interviewer will get back to me.
