I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coursera in Apr 2021
Interview
They sent me a relatively easy Hackerrank challenge consisting of statistics, SQL and Python questions.
Then I had two interviews, one which tested my SQL skills and asked me a basic business metric question. The second interview was with another hiring manager who asked me more case study questions related to how I would conducted analyses on certain metrics. The first interviewer was very attentive and let me speak my mind. The second one seemed distracted and uninterested.
There were two weeks between the interviews since it was difficult to schedule the interview with the second manager. I suspect they had already hired for the position at that point but conducted the interview with me anyway in order to save face.
