Covenant Medical Group interview questions

Applied online for CMG Administration, and received a call from the role’s supervisor for an in-person interview. Interviewed for 30 to 45 minutes with the finance manager and the director of finance in what appeared to be a casual interview with very few predetermined questions, followed by a peer interview of all of the team for 15 to 30 minutes. Was told a decision would be made no later than next week and they would be in touch. Salary potential specific to me was stated in the interview. Never heard from them again, and found out from the candidate portal I wasn’t moving forward. The director passed my resume to another director looking for an analyst.
