Interview process consisted of an interview with a pod lead and an operations lead. After that portion, there is a project day where you meet with someone who currently works this position and go through some common in the job situations.

Be prepared to answer situational questions, particularly surrounding dealing with customer service issues.
The interviewers felt like peers and were very welcoming. They made every attempt to set me up for success. It made the process less stressful. Just be prepared and you will do great!

You have a phone interview, and then move onto a typical interview with a manager who asks the basic interview questions, if you do well you move onto a project day. You are give time to study and then you do a mock call to get a feel for what the AC role entails
