Interview
I got a phone call inviting me to a phone interview with a hiring manager.
Then I had the phone interview where I was asked general questions about myself and work/school history.
Then I got an email inviting me to an interview. My interviewers were two managers on the copywriting team. We met over Zoom and the interview lasted about 30 - 45 minutes.
Then, they emailed me a task to complete. It was to write about a specific make/model for a certain audience. I was supposed to complete it in 20 minutes and then emailed it back within 24 hours.
I got an email a week or so later letting me know that they offered me the job!

The interview process was quick and easy. I was asked a few questions by the team, and I answered to the best of my ability. They also make you complete a written portion of the interview, but it is a short article.

Interview
Sent in application online. Received an email and was asked to pre approve an hourly rate before they were willing to do a phone interview. I said that rate wouldn’t work for me and they were not willing to negotiate.
