The interview process began with a conversation with the recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. After that, I quickly moved on to a third interview with a panel of three current employees who I would have worked closely with in the role. Although they assured me I’d hear back, I was left in the dark for weeks before finally receiving a rejection. I wish they had shown more respect by providing a timely response instead of stringing me along.
