Quick, efficient, long questions though with multiple layers to answer. Case study as well but it’s not too difficult. The HR rep was helpful. Their remote policy is pretty good but it’s based on performance.
The interview process was super quick and easy; max two interviews and they get back to you quickly with an answer. There’s one interview with a retail manager then one with a director.

Question 1
What would you do if you are working with a customer and another customer comes in and needs assistance?
I applied for the Retail Store Ambassador position, and the interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an introductory interview with HR. It focused on my background, experience, and the challenges I have faced. It felt more like a conversation, which made the discussion comfortable and engaging.
The second round was with the hiring manager. This round was more detailed and focused on my previous roles and responsibilities, as well as how my experience aligned with the requirements of the position.
The third and final round was with the director. This discussion also centred on my retail experience and the type of responsibilities I would potentially handle in the role. The goal was to ensure we were aligned and that I fully understood the expectations.
The Cozy team was very responsive and quick in providing updates throughout the process. Overall, the entire process took about a month. I did receive an offer; however, I decided not to accept it as I had other opportunities that were a better fit for me at the time. That said, the compensation offered for this position is competitive compared to other retail roles, and it could be a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in retail.
