Interview
First there was a phone screen, followed by a skype interview with 2 technical questions. We then scheduled an on-site interview that consisted of 4 parts that were each an hour (2 technical, then 1 design, finally speaking with a manager). They really ran it all very well.

For the design phase they asked about a broad question and completely left implementation up to me to talk through and draw out some basic implementation
