Interviews for Top Jobs at CrossFirst Bank

Anonymous Employee
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CrossFirst Bank
It was a very conversational process with the direct manager, as well as peers within the immediate team and with related teams in the organization. There were tow rounds of interviews.
- Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult person/situation and how you handled it?

Anonymous Employee in Leawood, KS
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CrossFirst Bank (Leawood, KS) in Nov 2017
The interview process went well, and an offer was provided. After going over the offer, I was advised of a credit check which later disqualified me for the position. I understand the logic in giving a credit check, but you never know anyones situation or what happened to them in the past. I wasn't upset, because my resume spoke for itself. Not everyone with remarkable credit is responsible, I was never fired nor was I ever in any sort of trouble. The bank is fairly new, and wish them future success.
