    Not a lot, would like full time remote option. They want to hire people that know everything so moving up from within isn't an easy option.

    Good starting PTO amount and nice onboarding orientation

    Cons

    Lack of diversity on the site I'm at including executive leadership. Expectations are unclear New employees are not allowed to work hybrid until approved by management but managers can work remotely whenever they like during the interview asked how training would be and the opposite is happening

    With any growing bank there is a lot of turnover and not a lot of training. Bank favor's new employees over existing ones.

    A lot of Good frontline associates.

    Cons

    Poor leadership at the very top. Leadership has a short-term view of the business. Questionable underwriting practices. Leadership has little appreciation for the frontline associates.

    The pay and the pto are decent

    Cons

    You receive sub par training and then thrown To the wolves. You then will receive constant negative performance reviews for making too many mistakes yet the mistakes you’re making is because of the lack of training . If i had to do over I wouldn’t have accepted the job
