There was a series of tests and evaluations including a general aptitude test, a technical test based on SQL and Windows and a scenario based evaluation. The difficulty level of these assessments is high, however I cracked these tests and got listed to their marketplace twice for two different positions. All I would say is, this company is fraud. They won't offer you jobs. It's just that they would evaluate, keep you on the marketplace and even after so much of hard work, if you are on the marketplace for more than 4 weeks, your candidature is automatically abandoned saying there's less demand for that position. Why are you hiring if there's less demand? Don't fall in their trap. Rather, go for a proper job search and find something more reliable.
