É um processo totalmente equivocado, onde te enviam para uma página para fazer testes o que realmente me fez sentir uma enorme perda do meu tempo e atenção. Acabei por simplesmente escolher todas as primeiras opções, pois o teste que eles aplicam não falam nada sobre a minha experiência, conhecimento, quem eu sou e o que eu poderia trazer de oportunidades a empresa. É simplesmente o maior equivoco que eu já vi.

Like so many others posting on here, I was subjected to a glorified IQ test. This is not even remotely an indication of someone's ability in a job. Asking someone to choose the next shape in some asinine pattern is not going to tell you if they have the skills to do their tasks. It is not going to tell you if they are adept at interacting with people. All it is going to tell you is if they can pick out a shape pattern. In 15 years of experience, not once has the need for that skill come up.
