Like people have already mentioned, the online interview is reminiscent of the SAT: a mix between math, rhetoric, & which is next in this pattern question. This isn't the part I had a problem with. The rationale they provided for taking the assessment screams RUN. They included a bit something like, "Since all our workers are so smart, we perform better because we're able to have more intelligent conversations ". I've read Tinder bios that are less off putting. No thanks.
