Interview
Like others have said, you get an invitation e-mail with a list of tasks to complete, ranging from a quick 5 minute screening check to a 4 1/2 hour "job test" and then apparently a 30 minute interview at the end. However good luck getting that far, because at the first hurdle, you also have 50 questions to answer within 15 minutes, a range of maths and puzzle type questions (the type you might get for a Mensa test). Was actually quite enjoying the test, but the time goes like that, so was only able to answer about half. Clearly this wasn't enough so you get an automated rejection letter. So the impression they are giving is that this company wants you to work as quickly as possible, with no attention to detail, and just get questionable quality work done asap. No thanks. It's a shame, because I quite liked the idea of an online test, however the time restraint is ridiculous.

Question 1
Travel 300 miles, but has to travel another 45% extra going long route. How many miles travelled in total?
Rigorous. Numerous stages. You have to get a certain score for the very first one before going to the next stage, where things might get easier or more difficult. My tip for the very first one is do not spend too much time on any question in the first. In fact, do it with a timer.

Interview
Applied for a job posting at this company which was a good match (I have 8 years of relevant experience) . Took an aptitude test, score was not high enough and according to them I would never be considered for any position at this company?? A one time aptitude test is all they care about? I guess I'm not smart enough to work there?
