Interview
Two english speaking and written tests, followed by a CCAT that didn't specify how well I had to do, ends with two real life work assignments. The assignments were easy, it's the CCAT that fails most people, including myself on my first attemp in April 2020.
At no point was I provided with any information on the company. Automated email asked to complete a 15 minute IQ test (CCAT). Did not pass, no results provided. Was I close or far? Who knows.

PLEASE do not waste your time on this company's job applications. The so-called cognitive test fails you, every step of the process feels disingenuous. Then you'd come to Glassdoor and look at what everybody else is saying, only to confirm your experience. Blergh.
