The process was relatively simple although long - it required a cognitive assessment on their own website, 3 English assessments on a broken website that doesn't recognize your voice so it always tell you there's an error with your headset (can be fixed by simply speaking into your computer's built in mic), then a "real work assessment" which consists of recording a video. For this they ask you to download a specific app which then is impossible to remove from your computer. After that, "someone" reviewed my application and within 2 days, I had moved on to the interview stage. They were trying to "assign an interviewer" for over one week. When I finally thought they were taking too long, I sent someone a message through the "Need Help?" link on their website. And a few hours after that, they sent an email saying my application was not successful.
An absolute waste of time for every step, zero respect for the human being actually taking the time to do all the assessments. No way to contact anybody
