Automated aptitude test, automated language proficiency test, and automated coding screening test. Then followed by an online interview with the team. After receiving an offer, the offer became conditional on another aptitude test.

Multiple choice C++ theory questions. Very straightforward.
Open ended random questions requiring verbal responses to be recorded. The questions seem random in nature and are entirely unrelated to the role, the company, and software in general. You have 30 seconds to prepare an answer.
