I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Remote, OR) in Sep 2015
Interview
Start by sending a CV, then asked to do a multichoice test on HackerRank, then given an example project. The project was a few screen shots and you were asked to implement it using AngularJS. Then there is a Skype call where you are asked to go over your code and answer technical questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Hyderābād) in Aug 2015
Interview
1. Test Very easy for experienced person.
2. Task. which looks like real time task, they said 10 hours but would definitely take longer and the deadline to submit was 3 days.
They asked to use Sass/Compass, AngularJs, for implementations. Only provided few pictures and aske me to assume/fill in rest of the data.
I did submit the task and got an automated mail saying I did not qualify.
All the communication happened via automated emails. There was no feedback on why I didn't qualify. As previous interviewees said, don't trust them. I now wonder why did I waste so much of my time. They have started posting on all the famous portals including naukri mulitple times. Don't fall for this company.
I highly recommend not to take it up.
