I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CrowdStrike in Nov 2021
Interview
I applied sometime in August of my juniour year of college. Forgot about it; at that time I struggled a lot getting responses from anyone. A few months later I got a voicemail. Listened to it - it was a recruiter asking about my availability and said a manager was really excited about my experience and wanted to have an interview. I talked with the manager, just an average conversation, mostly talked about the platform. I've always been terrible at non-technical interviews due to poor memory and generally coming off as impersonable. The manager luckily only asked me two questions about myself. I was surprised to hear from the recruiter again, asking me to complete a coding homework assignment. It was straightforward and I sent it back a couple hours later. I received an offer the next morning skipping my third interview. Completed my internship the next year and no interview was required for a full time offer. Crowdstrike was very straightforward and relaxed in the interview process. They treated me with respect from the start.
