I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness (Long Beach, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview was so simple. took me 2 days I applied online at their web page then the next day I got a phone call from the trainer manager, then I talked to the manager, didn’t take an hour and at the end they made me signed all the hiring documents.
Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
