For me was a 3 step process:
1.- Interview with a recruiter (30 min): General based on experience questions, project, technologies I have used.
2.- Hiring Manager (1 Hour) I believe this depends on the area but it also experienced based questions + some technical question in regard of specific projects (transportation in this case)
3.- Technical Experience (1 hr): Problems were based on positions, so some project I have worked, , SQL questions, one hand on project about order an array and find x number..
very straight interview, well knowledge interviewers.
