In person interview, you meet with the general manager and asks you a questions. Questions were like what experience do you have, can you drive, tell me about yourself, and how would you deal with mean customers.

What is your transportation, how do you deal with customers?
It was very easy, stuff from the resume as well as situational questions. They asked things like tell me a time where you weren't meeting expectations.Overall I thought it was very easy and manageable.

Pretty easy. Met the manager at a starbucks and he asked a few basic questions in the STAR format. Found out within a couple of weeks I was offered a job.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Culver's (Waunakee, WI)
Interview
One on One interview in restaurant. Very conversational and friendly interview. Store is clean and employees are kind. Would definitely recommend working here, especially first jobs for kids. One of my favorites!
