Interview
Meet with multiple members of the technical staff. Technical discussions on a variety of topics. Plant tour with emphasis on the areas that I would be working in, Follow up after the tour with HR to explain the rest of the process. Total time on the interview was about 6 hours.

Interview process is typical of employers within the industry. It involved 2 separate interviews, one 30 min meeting with a recruiter and another longer 1 hour meeting with the team leader.
Relatively simple. Talked about my experience and various scenarios that may come up in real life. Be through with the basics of controls theory and your projects and you should have a good chance of acing the interview
