Interview
It was very behavioral though they asked some questions related to the six sigma process. Also, they were interested in my data analytics background and interest in dealing with unions. They are mostly unionized in NA

I was called five times for the interview and made 1 to 2 hours every time they called me. Which was really frustrating . At certain point of time I wanted to give up

It was interactive. The interviewers were very clear in their questions. Before the interview was scheduled, one of their team members called me to confirm when would be convenient for me, I was allowed to be flexible with the timing.

On-campus interviews - any HR student could attend. Behavioral-based interview w/ two interviewers. Never heard back from them after, even though they said we would hear either way. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
