I can’t speak about the hiring process but the interview process includes a preliminary interview and a second round interview in Columbus. The preliminary interview consisted of half an hour of questions about situations I’ve been in.

Talk about a time you had someone on your team make a mistake and how you responded.
First interview was in-person on campus. That one went well. Second behavioral interview was on the phone with several people who dialed in from multiple states. That was a little difficult to do. I would have preferred a face to face or a phone interview with one single person.
