Online application followed by telephone interview which contained technical questions and then assessment centre which had a presentation,technical interview and group exercise. They took ages to reply after each step.

Interview
Behaviour assessment, Screening call, and final interview. Behavioral assessment is basic situation based character determining questions. The screening call is about motivation and soft skills test. The final interview is the hardest bit.
