The process was very straightforward. I met a recruiter at a university career fair. He then set me up with an on campus interview. I then had a phone interview with an engineer.

Interview
One interview with college recruiter, for about 40 minutes and then a second one with someone from the engineering team. I applied online and the process took about 3-4 weeks. Got an offer 1 week after the second interview.

Describe a time you had to take the role of a leader and how did you do it
First interview is mainly behavior and why you want to work at the company. There is a second stage interview if you move on. Pretty painless interview overall. Be confident.
