The final stage consisted of two rounds: the first was a group activity designed to assess teamwork and collaboration skills. At the same time, the second was a one-on-one behavioural interview focusing on personal experiences and strengths.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to join our company
A virtual assessment centre with a few other graduates of varying disciplines doing a group task followed by an in person interview at the local office with someone from the relevant team.

Virtual Assessment Centre - group activity with 5 other people, not necessarily applying to the same job or location. We each had to read a brief and then quickly relay the information back to each other. We then had to decide as a group which brief provided the best solution and present this to the assessor in a short 10minute presentation at the end where everyone had to speak. We then each had one question asked to us at the end which you had to answer. My question was along the lines of "How did you decide which solution was best and which criteria helped you reach this conclusion?"
