It was a very good interview process. There is a phone interview. Then an in person interview with the first manager. Then another interview with the second manager. Then you have an interview with your direct lead.

The interview was good but was rejected due to not having the right experience that the role demanded Feedback was given appropriately. Overall good experience for anyone looking to join as the media head. Just make sure you understand the market they're serving and its limitations

The interview was two normal phone screenings that were pretty easy and all of the employers seemed like they loved me! Next thing you know, they completely ghosted on me. I did not receive a response from any HR person. I actually tried calling back after 1 week of not hearing anything, left a message, and they still did not respond. No rejection letter or anything!! This process was extremely misleading, and I advise someone to make some type of change. Interviewees are always criticized for "ghosting" on interviews but this is there is no consequences for employers who do this to employees. This aspect of the interview shows me all I needed to know about the company before I even accepted an offer. The HR here needs a change... BADLY!!! P.S. One month later, I still have no response from this company at all.
- Do you have any sales experience?

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Curant Health
Interview with the Hiring manager, the Department Manager, and then the Head/Lead PCC. The staff was friendly and the interview was done in the office. One on one interviews with each individual was done. The last interview was with the Lead PCC to see if you are a good match for the team.
- Tell me something about yourself?

Interview process is lengthy but informative. Pre-interview call with HR and then they set up an in person interview. From there, you meet with several folks for the interview. They told me about the role and next steps. I received a call back in approx. 2 weeks letting me know I was not the best fit. At least they called back, unlike some companies who left me hanging. Job seemed unique so I will apply again.
- How do you define success?
- Where do I see myself in 5 years?

Typical multi-round interview process with phone screens, group interviews, tests, etc. Promised they would get in touch with all candidates with status/updates. They never did. You can tell a lot about a company by the promises they keep and their level of communication. Additionally, their ridiculous expectation for this 'entry-level' position coupled with the low-wage they're offering is exactly why the position is still open to be filled. I suggest either be ready to train for this 'entry-level' position or increase the $alary to get the person you'd really like.
- Tell us about your job at **insert job on resume here** What type of software skills do you have? How did you analytically solve issues?

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Curant Health
There were more than one person in the interview... The human resource and the manager of the department... It was like a group panel interview...easy process...come prepared and on time.. Interview was just like any other interviews
- Your past experience with your past jobs

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Curant Health (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2016
Two phone screens; second was a panel. What I liked the least was the lack of communication up to and in between the phone screens. It's also the very first time ever that I've seen (or heard of) an interview where they don't tell you who will be on your interview panel. It makes me believe they have this blind-siding type culture, at least that's what the "Organizational Strategist" does.
