got a call from Valerie at the company had to fill out paperwork for background check /drug test- they were so lazy & dragged their feet throughout this process when it was time for me to come in & sign my offer letter I declined 4 weeks almost of time pushing them to do their job.
We try to be a community/family train our leasing professionals in a variety of things it’s the norm for us to go help one of our residents who’s dog has frequent accidents for a walk... or even in the spring help our maintenance crew plant flowers/garden.
