Fair and transparent. It all took place on Teams with no face to face meetings. Welcoming and informative about the role. Not particularly formal more chatty style and no really challenging questions.
Multiple round in-person interviews. Basic culture fit and technical questions were asked - what is a cap rate, how would you value XYZ, etc. Mainly looking for hard working people who will be able to pick-up the industry basics quickly. Don't allow subpar performance.
