Interview
Of all the applications I filled out for CW, most of them resulted in a template rejection email that said verbatim: "Your application was not in the group we reviewed. What this means is, we did not make a judgment on if you were qualified for this role or not." So basically they never even looked at my resume. At least they're honest about it.
Hiring Manager was very personable making it easy to speak with during the interview.Ask very standard questions on video interview. I’m looking forward to the next steps in the hiring process

Interview
Initial Video Interview that gets a grasp of your experience and knowledge of property management and general landlord/tenant tasks and operations. They ask generic enough stuff like what software you use, where do you see yourself in 5 years, questions about your experience, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
It was a phone interview for the first round. General resume questions. Didn't sense any excitement from the interviewer, almost just completing a task for them. Not a great experience.
