Interview
There were around quite a few rounds which included an easy aptitude test, psychometric test and versant test after the first HR round, post that there is another interview with the senior management. After getting selected they informed me that I have sign a 2,5 years bond and give a cancelled cheque of Rs. 80k as a security deposit, which I agreed to. Post that while discussing the salary the HR offered me significantly less to what they generally offer to people for that profile. I questioned that and the HR told me that I am overqualified for the job because I am an MBA and they are hiring graduates for the same profile. Which I found absurd. I rejected the offer and the HR tried convincing me by telling that after I left my last organisation there's a 2 year gap, during that period I was studying regular MBA. That was enough for me to leave.

Interview
This drive happened in my college.
In the first round, they showed a demo video and asked questions based on it. From that, they shortlisted students for the next round.
The next round was supposed to be an online interview, but because a large number of students were shortlisted, they conducted an English grammar test instead. They said that whoever scores more than 80% in that test would be called for the interview.
It has been two months, and the results have still not been released.

They gave us a specific topic and asked us to talk about it.
The interview process began with the sharing of a meeting link, through which all stages were conducted. It consisted of three main phases: a Product Test, a Group Discussion (GD), and a Versant Test. Candidates who successfully cleared these rounds were then invited for the final interview.

One of the key things they asked me was to introduce myself, followed by questions related to Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), which focused on assessing my problem-solving approach and understanding of core concepts.
