I saw cvent company who asked english language expertise questions in interview. I dont understand yet why the need this. The level of question are kind of GRE and TOFEL They also conducted logical and arthemtical reasoning test that it perfectly fine.

Worst Experience - After clearing 2 rounds of technical interviews, they will call you in office for last round just to reject you without any reason. Interviewer was not in a mood to take an interview. He was yawning throughout the interview and making faces unnecessarily. Don't waste your time in interviewing with this company as they don't value your time and efforts.
