I applied through my university's career website and also talked to Cvent recruiters at our career fair. Maybe around a week afterwards or so, I got notified to attend a 30-45 minute on-campus interview, which was mostly behavioral, and will become technical if steered towards that direction. My interviewer was very nice and friendly! After that interview, I had to take cognitive skills assessments, one that was remote and another that was proctored. Lastly, I was invited to the onsite interview. It was a couple hours long where there was a mix of behavioral and technical questions for sure, questions you would definitely see in LeetCode or in other companies' technical interviews. Cvent also provided lunch, gave a presentation about the company and their products, and toured us around their building. It was a pretty enjoyable experience. I have not heard back yet, but hopefully positive vibes :)
