Got interviewed within a week from the date of initial discussion, the process was long and took around 6 hours to go through 6 rounds. Got a chance to take an office tour. overall a wonderful experience and worth a days engagement. TA team looks very energetic.

Was contacted by a recruiter first and had a phone interview where I was asked to fill out an assessment next. Filled out the assessment then was contacted by a representative of the company. They asked me several questions but I made sure to do my research BEFORE the interview. If I didn't look at Glassdoor, I would have never known. Cvent adheres to recent grads (which I was one) for these senior associate positions . Former Glassdoor interviews informed me that once you are hired on you have to sign some kind of contract that commits you to the job for 6 months and you cannot quit or leave for any reason. If you do there is a financial penalty. I thought that was absolutely absurd and ridiculous this is not disclosed from the beginning. I eventually asked the phone representative this and declined the opportunity.
