Interview
Complete Interview Process comprised of 5-6 rounds that could stretch to around a week or two. Totally tiring and time-waste process. No valid criteria for candidate selection. All the negative reviews written here at Glassdoor are real facts. All of them are true. Would avoid to join Cvent.
Total 3 rounds. I could only go till 2nd round.
Note: This was for Ruby on Rails, I was around 2 years experienced.
My First round was good, it was more about my what I added in my introduction. The interviewer was a good person, he corrected me with some of my explanations. I was driving this interview, that's how any interview should be.
2nd Round was not good, it was with a senior person experienced in rails, he did not have any interest with the experience I had, he started asking about VS code file search algorithm, but his expectations was "Elasticsearch", what a dumb! there's difference between algorithm vs integrating tool/library. And Also asked some SQL queries.

Interview
Four rounds :
1. IQ/Behavioral Assessment
2. 30 minute Zoom video inteview with a minor scripting task
3. If cleared then again IQ Assessment but proctored by the HR
4. On-site(if you're local) or Zoom video interview for 3 hours one-one with a panel of 4.
Last round in the on-site interview is more of a high level conversation. They decide mainly based on the first two/three rounds.
1. Resume drilling, in depth questions on your experience with the tech stack mentioned and technical questions.
2. Technical questions mentioned below plus one whiteboard coding
3. One whiteboard coding, technical questions.
4. Conversation about the company and candidate questions.
All of ES6 new features like promises, destructuring, class modules.
What are Java generics.
What are javaScript prototypes.
React framework : application flow, virtual DOM
Redux Question: How do you connect a component with a store
Name the methods used to map and dispatch actions/props in a component(mapStateToProps, mapDispatchToProps)
why dispatch actions instead of just setting state?
When autowiring dependencies into your class. What happens when you try to autowire the same dependency twice but with different name(What's the flow?)
