I was invited to a remote interview by a recruiter. I turned up on time, and waited 10 minutes overtime for the manager to appear. He was chewing gum during our call, admitted to checking work emails as I was talking (important emails he said), seemed constantly distracted. I was told I'd hear back but unsurprisingly was ghosted... Very... professional. Let's hope they don't treat their clients this way.
Found via a referral, which might've influenced the process. Interviewers were friendly and technical. Possibly corporate pressure to recruit given recent changes. Would've enjoyed working with them had I accepted
Multi stage interview process. Lots of loops to do and there is a definate type of person they are looking for. These are extra words that im putting so i get past the limit.
