Easy and quick as this was a contracting role. The interviewer largely wanted to chapters prior experience rather than test knowledge. It was an easy onboarding process with a sub-contracting agency they use. Took time to get the confirmation.

Question 1
Can you step me through a time you have performs and blue green deployment?
I was invited to a remote interview by a recruiter. I turned up on time, and waited 10 minutes overtime for the manager to appear. He was chewing gum during our call, admitted to checking work emails as I was talking (important emails he said), seemed constantly distracted. I was told I'd hear back but unsurprisingly was ghosted... Very... professional. Let's hope they don't treat their clients this way.
Found via a referral, which might've influenced the process. Interviewers were friendly and technical. Possibly corporate pressure to recruit given recent changes. Would've enjoyed working with them had I accepted
