Most professional recruiter I have ever met in my life. after she received my resume she called for phone interview (ok normal) then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager (This went fine) then schedule interview with the director (this went fine as well). I was told I will hear from the recruiter (normal again). A week past and I did not hear from the recruiter so I sent her an email thanked her for her help and asked for an update. I heard nothing back from her. I waited 2 weeks and then sent an email asking for an update and explaining that i understand if the company decided to move with other candidates I hired a lot of people in my carrier and I understand we make the best choice and that does not mean the other candidates are bad. All I asked or was an update even if that meant sorry we hired someone else or the position is closed. It should not be that hard to do, it should take less than few minutes to compose the email. Anyways after two weeks I sent my 2nd email asking for an update and I Cc the hiring manager. This time the response came back within 30 minutes with the standard verbiage. "Our team did not select you for further consideration for this position..." Really it takes 2 weeks and 2 emails for a recruiter to send this email? I am glad I was not selected for this position if a recruiter like this representing this company.
