Phone interviews with HR, members of the team, and in person for a CA office. They were really unprofessional with t shirts and backwards hats in the group interview. Their schtick is to repeat “you don’t know anything about single family houses, you need us to teach you” despite working in this field for years and having it on my resume. Their production goals were also unimpressive given their resources and local market conditions.
