I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Express (Mississauga, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
Starts off with a phone interview usual questions...Then a 15 minute presentation on yourself at the office. They were not very flexible, demanding an in-person interview and presentation in the next 2 days, while I lived 10 hours away and needed to find accommodations. Overall it seemed to be too much for the position at hand. In general the interview process is straight forward just seemed overall rushed.

Smooth Process, The interviewer was very helpful and wanted to know the person in front of him rather than just putting pressure

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Express
Interview
Met DHL at a career fair. Process took surprisingly long. Had initial phone screening and then had an in person interview since I was in close proximity to their facility. No openings for my skill set in that office so they referred me to other offices. Once referred it was a two step phone interview process in which I was offered a position.
