I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a week. She emailed me an assessment to fill out and email back to her. After I did that she called me again to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I got a call back the same day saying they wanted to schedule an in person interview. I went in for the interview and got a response back in two days. They are extremely nice people.
