The process was lengthy, and consisted of multiple phone calls and interviews. There was no case interview, but more towards getting to know each other. The interview was still rather difficult, due to the employer asking case related questions.

Basic HR interview and interview with departmental head. Asked questions to know if candidate has strong communication skills. they were ready to train the Graduate Trainee as per department's need.
