Interview process is thorough, starts with the first level by the Line manager, and then by the +1 up Line manager, and then final by HR. The India HR sometimes do not state the true facts, like in my case we rolled up to the Global organisation, and the Bonus was applicable based on DHL Global performance, but the Local HR mentioned about the past DHL India performance, and that was not true.

Was interviewed by the Director and it was mostly on the technical aspects. After the interview, had to do 2 case studies (1 hour each) before receiving the results on the hiring from them.
