It consisted of two back-to-back 30 minute interviews with two company associates and consisted mostly of behavioral questions and a few marketing testing question to see how you were able to respond and think on the spot

An hour long interview with 2 interviewers, 30 minutes each person. One interviewer asks behavioral questions, the other asks questions specializing in the position applied for. Very casual dress. Begins by asking easy basic questions, then continues into more depth.

Two, 30-minute, back-to-back Skype calls with Dicks Sporting Goods representatives. These were behavioral interviews. The representatives were extremely friendly and they asked standard behavioral questions, so the whole process was smooth.
