Interview
Just a few days after I submitted my application, I got a call back scheduling an interview. The interview was very laid back. Just a one on one conversation with HR discussing my goals in relation to the goals of the company. Other questions that came up were, "what best qualifies you for the job?". Another "what is your one weakness that could prevent you from doing the best job possible?"
Easy snd very direct, went in for an interview and was awarded position on the spot by the store manager! Great overall experience and a great starting role for any high school/ undergraduate student!
