Typical behavioral interview. I interviewed with both the recruiter and a current manager. I was a finance major interested in the stock market. This was for a regular management trainee. I don't think I was a good fit for the role, but I tried my best to interview anyways because I needed a job. Did not get an offer. 2 months later I work for a brokerage company where I belong.

Be prepared to talk to a number of people at multiple levels in different departments. Sports minded, customer oriented people are who they look for. If you don't like retail, people or change.. then don't apply
