Applied online, was called back within a few days. Had one interview with the shift manager, then a week later met with the store manager. Second interview was short, and he hired me on the spot.

Interveiw went very quickly due to a need for employers. Lodge associates were requites to do further back ground checks and screeneings due the nature of the job requiring handling and managing firearms. so the process was a few weeks longer than the process for other positions witin the store.

Easy for holiday hires, they need all hands on deck and will be easily impressed with any interviewee. Asked about customer service scenarios and how you’d handle difficult customers. Had to get a background check to be able to sell firearms.
